Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At BlushedMakeup.co, we take great care to ensure every order is packed and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy once an order has been delivered.

Damaged or Broken Products

If you receive a damaged or broken product, we will offer a replacement for the same item.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please share clear photos or videos of the damaged item along with your order number.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item.

Requirements:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the product received along with your order number.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

After verification, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.

No Refunds

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, shade mismatch, or personal preference.

  • Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
